Well, after seven grand years operating out of our historic train car location, Exit Glacier Guides' now has digs of our own! We closed last week on a home/office on the edge of downtown Seward, on the Fourth Ave. main drag. Exciting news, right?
We're pretty stoked about it for two main reasons. Our office will be bigger, and now our guides can have an affordable option for housing that doesn't include the words "car", "tarp", or "tent".
Upstairs will be a guide bunkhouse, and the ground floor is going to be our office. We're starting from scratch on the office — we're pretty excited to have a blank slate to work with so that we can customize the office space for our guide-centric needs. We're already well into the planning phase and will be moving quickly into construction. We'll post photos throughout the process, so keep checking in if you are curious about the progress!
Thanks to all of our former and future clients that have made this possible for us. We promise to keep offering up new adventures and ways to get into the mountains after we're open in the new location — now we have room to create!
