Several weeks ago, we had the pleasure of taking out a group of bright high-schoolers from New Jersey who had been assisted by representative from National Geographic on their trip to Alaska.
During their visit to Seward, they had the opportunity to see the town in all of its pre-season tranquility. They also had the chance to see our wintery community with a fresh sheet of late season snow on the Lost Lake trail.
Led by several guides from our shop, and Peto, the awesomest sled dog ever, the group hiked up to Clemen's Cabin where there was much frolicking and pseudo sledding.
Many thanks to M and David for their help setting up and guiding this trip, and to everyone that hiked with us on on that beautiful Friday in May. Students and teachers alike, you guys were some sharp tacks, and we had an absolute, genuine blast hanging out with you all.
